Making Sense of Your Worth
I am a trained facilitator of the Making Sense of Your Worth (MSOYW) curriculum — an evidence-informed, 8-week process designed to help adults and teens make sense of how life experiences have shaped their sense of self-worth and attachment. Through group settings, participants explore and replace the internal “lies” that hold them back and cultivate a foundation of positive self-worth and secure relationships.
Whether you’re seeking a supportive community experience or individualized growth, I offer:
MSOYW Groups — structured, relational learning and healing with peers
Individual counseling sessions — integrating MSOYW principles into your personal therapeutic work
Together, we’ll work to uncover unhelpful beliefs about yourself, replace them with truth, and cultivate self-worth that supports healthier connections and a more fulfilling life. If you’re ready to move beyond old patterns and step into a more secure sense of self, this work can be a powerful partner in your journey.
